More in-depth info on
Vijnana Yoga

Progressive sessions cont.

Level 1

Creating the foundation of Vijnana.

Its a place to put your head of “what you think you know or not; years doing or not; wanting a sweat; social gathering; & motivation.” Put it all in a safety deposit box so you can begin to learn how the ergonomics of the body works in postural movement thus bringing harmony to your being!

NOTE:  This is for people that practice 0-3 times per week. Even if you have done LEVEL 1 before, you will likely need to do it more!

Level 2

This is for people that have been exposed to Yoga before & have a regular  practice with a good yoga foundation. (one that practices 3-6 times per week). Please come with an open mind & get ready to be challenged & inspired!

How the Progressive sessions work:

They run  for 10 and 8 week periods.

One could also “make-up” a class  in any of the other classes on the schedule, provided that it is “made-up” during the time period that the sessions run.

These sessions are on-going 3 x’s per year.
(Fall/Winter/Spring)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Drop-in’s:

Will run consistently throughout the Winter,  Spring time & Fall.  There will also be a special Summer schedule, so please check back regularly!
